It’s time for an update.
You need to know that progress is going extremely well on Book #3 in the Emma Golden Mystery Series. Rough draft should be completed by end of March. Editing blitz, cover design, formatting, and all other manner of production work will be come in April. If all goes according to plan, we could have an e-book launch May 1, 2015. At that point, we’ll determine when the physical book, the paperback, will launch.
You can’t know the title just yet. Nor am I ready leak a peek at the cover art. All this will come in the form of a “reveal”–as in more will be revealed–probably in early April.
If all this sounds daunting, it is. So much goes on behind the scenes. Along with everything else, I’ve just endured several months of what Winston Churchill called the Black Dog. Fighting the BD is way more difficult than writing and publishing a book. I’ve been in love with writing, editing, and publishing all my life. This is my meat, and nothing makes me happier.
You also should know that a helper stepped up. My SEO guru Aaron Yeagle is busy, very busy, working on the kind of stuff I can’t do for myself, namely SEO optimization, book trailers for all three books, and a bunch of other things too numerous to detail here. Aaron’s task is to generate excitement on the e-book front. I’ll keep you posted.
